Service New Member Experience – $275 -Case Review, Comprehensive Neuro-Structural Examination, Report of Findings and Care Recommendations

Spine / Nerve System Checkup – $55

Periodic Progress Examinations and Report – $50

Follow-up X-Ray Films – $100

Financial Policy and Chiropractic Care Plans

We are committed to providing you with the best chiropractic care possible and have established our financial policies to achieve that goal. You will be expected to pay for your chiropractic care at the time the service is rendered, unless you arrange a Chiropractic Care Plan in advance. These plans are designed to make our care as accessible as possible for you and your family. Details of these plans will be discussed at your Report of Findings.

We have chosen not to participate with any insurance companies because we feel it compromises the level of care we can provide for our practice members. Spinal adjustments are covered by insurance only when they are deemed medically necessary by insurance guidelines. Optimization or Maintenance care are typically not considered medically necessary, as they are not classified as acute symptom-based care and are not covered services.

In addition to taking advantage of our cost-effective plans, if your insurance policy has out-of-network or non-provider benefits, we will create a Superbill on your behalf, which will provide your insurance company with the information they need to reimburse you directly for your chiropractic care. You may self-submit the Superbill and your insurance company is then responsible for reimbursing you directly.
