What is our Fall Five? I’ve teased out five of my favorite recipes, literally out of dozens that we’ve tried out in our own kitchen this fall, that are simple, healthy, and packed full of deep autumn flavors! We hope you use these to inspire yourself, impress your family or guests, and warm up your chilly New England evenings! Enjoy!

People will be packing into your kitchen like a Mumbai train as the wafting aromas of this coconut curry hit the air! Paleo modification: use mashed cauliflower instead of rice.
Sweet Potato Bacon Burger Bites (w/ Maple Chipotle Ketchup)

These Bacon Burgers pack deep flavors and are taken beyond incredible with the accompaniment of maple chipotle ketchup! We don’t eat ketchup either, but this will be an exception.
Chocolate Pecan Tart (Grain Free)

We’ve been making these tarts for years. Every year I elaborate by adding orange zest or sometimes a shot or two of espresso to the filling. No doubt, these will become a favorite in your house too! Note: this recipe easily can be made into a full size pie.

A new favorite in our house but I guess it’s been made in the Caribbean for hundreds of years. Add a cinnamon stick, zest and juice of a lemon or lime, a sprig of rosemary, or whatever inspires you!

This is NO ORDINARY Shepard’s Pie! This classic Irish pub fare will no doubt impress you and your guests with it’s simplicity and savory flavors! Paleo modification: If potatoes are an issue, use mashed cauliflower and substitute coconut cream instead of grass-fed heavy cream.
